Dr. Tom O'Connell has been practicing medicine since 1957. He served in the army during the Vietnam war "conflict". More recently he has been evaluating people seeking medical cannabis recommendations. He has thousands of patients in his database. After many years of analysis he has developed a questionnaire that hits the important points in helping evaluate a patient.  In addition this evaluation is also part of important cannabis research. To the average person some of the questions may not seem so relevant or important, however be assured they are. Here is how it works. You begin by filling out the new patient form, and follow it through to the end. Also make sure that we have your contact information, and your photo in your user ID so that we can put your photo on  the CannaCard.
You will then receive an email or a call back from someone on the Canna Staff. You will be scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Tom. This can be done from anywhere in the state of California or Maryland, using skype. www.skype.com or a phone call.

NO RECOMMENDATION NO PAY!

NO SECOND Doctor NEEDED!! Doctor Tom takes the time to get enough information to make a recommendation. This process takes about an hour and sometimes more and once in a while less time.

You can pay through google check out which is $120.00

Patients can be verified to be valid by this process,
